Services in the Library

Lending service

Book lending is the main function of center library. Student can issue maximum two books for 10 day to reading at home.

Reference Service

Reference services are the services provided by the library that helps the library patron to get access to the information that they needed. In this service question or query of the user regarding information is solve by the library

Referral Service

In this service the address of the information or location of information is provided to user. In this service appropriate source of information is provided but does not supply the document.

Reprographic Service

Reprography means reproduction of the document. Xerox facility is provided by the library. Student can make Xerox of documents with 1rs. Per copy.

Bibliographic Service

Library will also provide bibliographical service to its user on demand. Under this, a list of bibliographical references would be compiled on the given subject using the available electronic and online databases and sent to the concerned user through e-mail

Newspaper Clipping Service

Article or news from different newspapersare collected in this service. All articles are index subject wise in this and make available to user.

Current Awareness service

In this service new arrivals are displayed for user in the library. The main object of this service is to keep user well informed and up to date in their subject.

Open Access

All the student, researcher and faculty can access the stack room of the library.

OPAC

Library provides the books search facility within the library through OPAC system. Student can check weather book they want is available in the library

Internet Service

Library has Network Resource Center. 15 computers are installed in Centers. Student can access computer and internet free of cost.
